This Privacy Policy explains how Leadscaleya ("we", "our", or "the Company") accesses, uses, and protects information obtained through Google APIs when you connect your Google Ads account to our performance marketing services.
1. Information We Access
When you authorize Leadscaleya through Google OAuth, we may access the following information:
- Google Ads account structure (campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords)
- Google Ads campaign and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, etc.)
- Authentication information (OAuth token) to securely connect your account
We do not collect or access personal data such as Gmail content, Google Drive files, or contacts.
2. Purpose of Data Usage
The Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords is requested for the following purposes:
- Campaign management – to create, update, pause, or delete campaigns, ad groups, and ads in your own Google Ads account
- Performance reporting – to retrieve campaign metrics for monitoring, analysis, and internal reporting
- Automation – to synchronize Google Ads data with internal tools such as CRM, dashboards, and workflow automation
The data is used exclusively for your own Google Ads accounts and never for third-party marketing or reselling.

- You may revoke Leadscaleya's access at any time via Google Account Permissions
- If access is revoked, all tokens and related data are permanently deleted from our systems
- You can request information about what data we have accessed at any time
- You can request deletion of any stored authentication tokens
7. Children's Privacy
Leadscaleya's services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
